The short version

Set out because a policy nobody reads protects nobody. This is a summary. The numbered entries below are the operative text.

  • We collect what an order needs: name, email, delivery address and payment details, plus a mobile number if, and only if, you ask to be recorded for texts.
  • Personal information is not offered for sale. Not to brokers, not to other sellers, at any figure.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared, and sit outside every other kind of sharing described below.
  • The text programme is marketing, sent only on request. Order paperwork goes to your email address, never by text.
  • You may be struck off whenever you like by replying STOP or using the removal form.
  • Buying and texting are unconnected; one has never required the other.
  • You may ask what is held on you and have it deleted, at info@findsforlife.com.
  • We do not knowingly deal with anyone under eighteen.

This policy describes what COUNTRY LIFE, LLC (EIN 20-2500400), trading as COUNTRY LIFE LLC, does with personal information given to findsforlife.com or to its text programme: what is collected, why, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Data: name, email address, mobile phone number, and (where applicable) shipping/billing address.
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and interaction timestamps collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Device Data: device identifiers and mobile network information used to optimize your experience.

2. Mobile numbers and the text programme

Giving a mobile number and ticking the opt-in box is consent for COUNTRY LIFE LLC to send recurring automated marketing and informational texts to it. How often they go out varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and the consent record behind it are never sold, rented or passed on, and they sit outside every other category of sharing described anywhere in this policy.

5. Sharing with others

Personal information is never sold. It reaches our payment, shipping, SMS and analytics providers only to the extent they need it to do their part, and it is disclosed beyond that only where the law requires or where the business is transferred. SMS opt-in data stays outside all of it, as stated above.

6. Your rights over this data

Residents of California may ask what is held, have it deleted, and opt out of its sale, though nothing here is sold in the first place. Exercising any of those rights costs nothing and changes nothing about how you are treated. Write to info@findsforlife.com. We answer requests from outside California on the same footing.

7. Keeping it safe

Access is limited to the people who need it and transmission is encrypted. That said, no system carried over the public internet is perfectly secure, and any company claiming otherwise is overstating its case.

8. Anyone under 18

Nothing here is aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything about them. If you believe a minor's information has reached us, tell us and it will be deleted.

9. Updates

This policy is revised as practices change. Whatever is published on this page, under the date at the top, is the version in force.
